摘要
介绍了圆筒零件翻边模具结构、毛坯尺寸及翻边力的计算方法。对模具的结构稍加改进 ,还可用于薄壁圆筒零件的扩口、缩口和切口成形。
The paper has described the die structure and the working principle of the flange process for cylinder part. Then, the calculation method of blank size and flange force is also introduced. Meanwhile, the die can also be used to other process, such as flaring, necking and lancing etc.
