摘要
利用高压釜比较了P110、J55、1Cr3和0Cr13四种钢材在模拟油田产出水中抗CO2腐蚀的能力。发现随着实验时间的延长,前三种钢材的腐蚀速率逐渐下降,而0Cr13变化不大。它们的耐蚀性顺序为:0Cr13>1Cr3>J55>P110。利用SEM、XRD和能谱分析等方法解释了它们的腐蚀行为。
Autoclave was employed to study the corrosion resistance of four kinds of typical steels in simulated oilfield environment containing CO2. The corrosion rates of steels P110, J55 and 1Cr3 decreased gradually with increasing the experimental time, while the corrosion rate of 0Cr13 kept almost constant. The corrosion resistance of steels was consistent in the order of 0Cr13, 1Cr3, J55, Pl10. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were also employed to analyze their corrosion behaviors.
