摘要
对长输天然气管道腐蚀的原因进行了基本分析,分析探讨了缺陷检测技术的使用及优缺点,并结合现场实际情况提供了相应的防腐措施。研究表明:常见的缺陷检测技术主要有变频选频法、PCM法以及人体电容法,相比较而言,PCM法优势较大。提出了提高管道自身的防腐能力以及采用及时方法等方法增强管道的防腐能力,同时提出提高管道自身防腐能力仍然是重中之重。
In this paper,the causes of corrosion of long-distance natural gas pipeline are analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of defect detection technology are discussed,and the corresponding anti-corrosion measures are provided combined with the actual situation.The research shows that:the common defect detection technology mainly includes frequency conversion method,PCM method and human body capacitance method,compared with PCM method,PCM method has greater advantages;finally,it proposes to improve the anti-corrosion ability of the pipeline itself and adopt timely methods to enhance the anti-corrosion ability of the pipeline,but improving the anti-corrosion ability of the pipeline itself is still the top priority.
