摘要
采用CAE技术,利用多耦合场分析方法,分析了产品在加工过程中的应力和温度,并且在此基础上,根据材料特性和具体的加工条件,提出了最佳加工工艺参数,提高了产品的质量。经过实际测量表明,这一方案在实际生产中取得了较好的效果。
By adopting the CAE technology and utilizing the analytical method of multi-coupling field, the stress and temperature in the processing course of product were analyzed. On this base and according to characteristics of materials and concrete manufacturing condition, the optimal processing technological parameters were presented and thus enhanced the quality of products. By means of actual measurement showed that this scheme acquired rather good effect in the practical production.
