摘要
通过计算机模拟对涡轮叶片表面变形情况进行分析。结果表明,由于涡轮主体为回转体结构,仅涡轮主体的轴向收缩引起叶片的变形;另外,涡轮主体中间段的快速凝固,造成涡轮主体上、下段的定向收缩,对叶片变形也产生重要影响。
The deformation and mechanism of turbine blade casting was analyzed by numerical simulation. The results indicate that because of turbine rotary structure,the only axial contraction is important factor influencing on surface deformation of blade;the directional contraction of up and down parts by rapid solidification of middle part of turbine also is considered.
