摘要
该文介绍了中国、美国、日本、澳大利亚、加拿大、欧盟等国家食品添加剂管理模式和法规标准概况,着重从不同的食品添加剂范畴、评价要求、使用管理规定等方面进行分析比较,为加强中国食品添加剂管理以及与国际相关标准接轨提供参考。
The regulations and standards on food additives in China, the United States, Japan, Australia, Canada, and European Union were introduced in this paper. And we had especially compared their range of control, evaluation requirements, provision on use and management. At last some recommendations on how to reinforce the management of food additives in China and how to adopt international standards were proposed.
