摘要
根据ZrO2陶瓷的化学特性,提出了ZrO2陶瓷表面化学镀镍的特殊前处理过程,分析了其化学反应机理。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射、电子能谱分析(EDS)等方法,对施镀不同时间的镀层的形貌、组成和微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:ZrO2陶瓷表面化学镀镍的沉积过程包括八个阶段,各阶段之间没有严格的界限,在同一时刻基体表面不同的位置化学镀镍可能处于不同的阶段;在化学镀镍的初始阶段镀层是由晶态、微晶构成的。
In the present work, the preconditioning of electroless Ni plating on ZrO2 ceramic was introduced according to its chemical performance, and mechanism of its chemical reaction was studied. By means of scanning electron microscope, X- ray diffraction and energy disperse spectroscope, the process of electroless Ni plating was analyzed by investigating the morphologies, element compositions and microstructure of deposition at different time interval. The result indicates the process of electroless Ni plating includes eight stages, and at the same time, different location is probably in different stage. In initial stage of EN plating, deposition is composed of microcrystalline and crystalline state.
