摘要
以课程改革为中心的教育改革是世界教育改革的主要趋势，也是我国各地教育改革的现实重点。祖国内地和香港的新课程改革，经过几年的实施，取得了一定的成效，但也有不尽如人意的地方。从新课程政策的实施策略角度，比较内地和香港新课程改革进程的异同，我们应从注重规划、明确责任、整合资源等方面加以改进。
Curriculum reform is the major trend of educational reform in the world and is also the focal point in China. Both the mainland and Hong Kong have made some achievements and some faults as well in the new curriculum reform during the past years. By comparing the similarities and differences of the implementation strategies of the new curriculum policies between the mainland and Hong Kong, we find that more improvements need to be made in curriculum planning, clarifying responsibilities and resources integration in the new curriculum reform.
