摘要 根据垂直管屏超超临界锅炉的结构特点,结合我国首台超超临界锅炉调试、试运经验,全面分析了超超临界锅炉水冷壁壁温异常的影响因素,重点分析了锅炉燃料量的过多投入、水冷壁管内冷却流量不足、燃烧器投用次序、燃烧器摆角、炉膛配风配粉及管屏制造安装缺陷等因素对水冷壁壁温的影响。针对垂直管圈超超临界锅炉水冷壁可能出现的3类壁温异常现象,提出了对应的运行调整、检查检修的处理对策。 According to the structure characteristics of vertical tube platen, combined with the commissioning and trial operation experiences of the first ultra supercritical boiler in China, the factors contributing to the abnormal temperature on water wall tubes were analyzed. Emphasis is put on the following factors such as excessive fuel feeding, insufficient cooling water flow inside the water wall, the burner pattern, burner tilt angle, coal powder and air distribution in furnace and the defects in tubes' manufacturing and installation etc. In view of three kinds of possibly abnormal temperature on water wall tubes of vertical-tube ultra supercritical boiler, the corresponding countermeasures for operation and maintenance were proposed.
