摘要
为了解某台500 t/h四角切圆燃烧锅炉的运行特性,采用现场试验的方法进行系统研究,得到燃烧器投运方式、炉膛氧量、SOFA风量、二次风配风方式、周界风量、燃烧器摆角和锅炉负荷等因素对锅炉燃烧、蒸汽温度及NO_(x)排放等的影响规律。结果表明:投运下层煤粉燃烧器、适当降低炉膛氧量和增大SOFA风量,可使NO_(x)质量浓度控制在较低水平;投运上层煤粉燃烧器、增大SOFA风量有助于提高汽温,但排烟热损失和不完全燃烧热损失增大;提高炉膛氧量有助于提高蒸汽温度,存在一较佳的炉膛氧量值使锅炉高效、环保运行;不同二次风配风方式对NO_(x)浓度的影响不大,倒塔型配风有助于煤粉燃烧完全和提高汽温;增大周界风量、上摆主燃烧器喷嘴及下摆SOFA喷嘴NO_(x)质量浓度增加,减小周界风量和上摆燃烧器喷嘴会使汽温升高,锅炉运行经济性下降;束腰型配风、燃烧器喷嘴上摆对消除炉膛出口两侧烟温偏差有利;随着锅炉负荷的增大,NO_(x)质量浓度降低。
In order to understand the operation characteristics of a 500 t/h quadrangle tangential combustion boiler, the field test method was used to systematically study it. The influence of burner operation mode, furnace oxygen, SOFA air volume, secondary air distribution mode, perimeter air volume, burner swing angle and boiler load and other factors on boiler combustion, steam temperature and NO_(x)emission were obtained. Results show that the NO_(x)concentration can be decreased to a lower level by putting lower burners into operating, reducing oxygen concentration in furnace and increasing flow rate of SOFA. Putting upper burners into operating and increasing flow rate of SOFA can help to improve steam temperature, but the heat loss of exhaust gas and incomplete combustion increase. Increasing oxygen concentration in furnace is also helpful to improve steam temperature, and there is an optimal value of oxygen concentration in furnace to make boiler running efficiently and environmentally. Different secondary air distribution modes have little influence on NO_(x)concentration. Inverted tower type air distribution is helpful to complete combustion of pulverized coal and improve steam temperature. Increasing perimeter air volume, swinging up main burner nozzles and swinging down SOFA nozzles increase NO_(x)concentration. Reducing perimeter air volume and swinging up burner nozzles can improve steam temperature and decrease boiler efficiency. Waist type secondary air distribution and swinging up burner nozzles are benefit to eliminate flue gas temperature deviation on the left and right side of furnace outlet. NO_(x)concentration decreases with the increase of boiler load.
