摘要
本文从如何保障公民文化权利的角度出发,思考构建图书馆公共服务体系对实现公民文化权利的意义,并提出了中山地区构建图书馆公共服务体系的思路及实施办法。
This essay mainly discusses the significance of building the library service system from the angle OT how to assure the cultural rights of the citizen, and brings the writer＇s general idea of how to set up and implement the library public service system in the region of Zhongshan.
