摘要
目的在KM鼠封闭群中发现一只雄性稀毛小鼠个体,探讨该鼠稀毛性状的发生原因,试图培育稀毛鼠品系。方法采用同胞交配、回交等繁殖方法做遗传实验。结果在近交繁殖的F2代,宗祖鼠与F1回交的后代里,均有稀毛鼠个体出现。证明该鼠的稀毛性状与遗传有关。结论KM鼠稀毛性状,是受单基因控制的常染色体隐性遗传。其遗传规律完全符孟德尔的独立分离定律。
Objective To discusses the reason of generating short hairs character and try to inbreed the sparse strain. Method To design the genetic experiment by means of sib mating and back cross mating. Result The sparse mouse appeared in F2 of the inbreeding and later generations of the back cross mating with the race mouse x F~ . It was proved that the sparse character is related with heredity. Conclusion The sparse character is autosomal recessive inheritance which is controlled by monogenic, and its heredity rule is completely consistent with Mendelian inheritance.
