摘要
AMMS/13近交系小鼠由本中心用AMMS/1与C3H/HeMs2种近交系小鼠杂交育成,现已繁殖至F40多代。毛色为桂皮色,毛色基因为AAbbCCDD;经组织相容性基因、生化基因及染色体组型分析等遗传检测,符合近交系标准。其初孕期产仔数为6.52±1.43,离乳率为88.81%(1~6胎),成年雌鼠体重为(22.80±1.47)g,雄鼠为(24.77±1.65)g,经产母鼠乳腺癌发病率为56.7%。血清IgG含量随日龄而增加,相同条件下,雌性比雄性高。该系小鼠可作为莱姆螺旋体病的模型动物。
AMMS/13 is a new inbred strain mouse whose ancestor came from thehybridization
between AMS/1 and C3H/HeMs inbred mice. Currently,the strain hasbreeded more than 40
generations. The coat color is cinnamo,and its gene is AAbbC-CDD,Genetic monitoring including
genes of histocompatibility, biochemical genes andkaryotype,etc. demonstrated that its
characteristics correspond with the inbred strainentities. The primiparous litter size was 6.52±
1.43.The weaning rate was 88.81%(lst~6th gestation).The adult female mice weighed (22. 80±
1.47)g and male(24. 77±1.65 )g. Mammary carcinoma morbidity of muItiparous female mice
was 56.7%.Serum IgG increased with the mice aged,and at same condition its titers in female
micewere higher than those in male ones. The inbred mice may be used as the model animalin
the reseach of Lyme spirochetosis.
