摘要
乙烯联合装置是石化行业能耗大户,节能降耗意义重大。研究乙烯原料裂解反应过程并分析油品性质与工艺装置能耗关系可知:油品中氢质量分数与能耗成反比,芳烃质量分数与能耗成正比;对乙烯联合装置的4套装置进行常规流程、新加氢流程和新抽提流程等3种流程的重新组合和优化。以常规流程为基准,在裂解原料相同的条件下,采用新加氢流程增产乙烯4.5 kt/a、丙烯11.1 kt/a;采用新抽提流程以乙烯和丙烯总量为基准的单位产品能耗可下降2.36%以上。故新抽提流程能够降低能耗并可用于新建或改进现有乙烯工程中从而降低乙烯能耗并提高企业的经济效益。
Ethylene complex is large energy-consumption plant of petrochemical industry, it is of significance for saving energy and reducing energy consumption. Hydrocarbon cracking reaction process was studied and the relationship between feedstock property and process unit specific energy consumption was analyzed. The hydrogen mass fraction in feedstock inverses specific energy consumption and the aromatics mass fraction in feedstock positives specific energy consumption. 3 processes in 4 ethylene units were reset and optimized to reduce production energy consumption. It shows that the 3 processes include normal process, new hydrogenation process and new extraction process. The new hydrogenation process makes ethylene product increase by 4.5 kt/a, propylene product by 11.1 kt/a. The new extraction process makes ethylene production and propylene production energy consumption decrease by 2.36% above. Therefore, the new extraction process can be applied to building new ethylene project or revamping existing ethylene project and the new extraction process decreases production energy consumption and increases petrochemical plant economy benefit.
