摘要
目的对云南省1999—2003年5年的医疗执业责任保险状况进行回顾性分析,为医疗损害风险管理工作提供经验数据及决策基础。方法对5个保险年度的保单及赔案,从投保机构、保费状况及赔偿状况3个方面进行统计分析。结果得到了云南省5个保险年度的基本情况。结论云南省的医疗执业责任保险取得了一定的成绩,但面临问题和困难。医疗执业责任保险的健康发展,医疗损害处理的妥善解决,还有赖于医疗损害赔偿社会化解决的整体方案。
Objective To provide history data and scientific decision -making of risk management for medical injuries by five years retrospective analysis of the medical professional liability insurance in Yunnan province. Methods Statistic analysis was conducted concerning insurance policies and claims of five years in Yunnan province, including three aspects： insured medical organizations , premiums , compensations. Results Basic status about the medical professional liability insurance in Yunnan province is gained. Conclusion Certain achievements have been made in the medical professional liability insurance of Yunnan province , but there still exist certain problems and difficulties. Establishing an integrated social ensure system of medical injuries is very important for sound development of medical professional liability insurance and reasonable solution of medical injuries.
