摘要
通过云南省医疗损害风险管理现状分析,总结了云南省6年的医疗执业保险工作,进行了医疗损害风险管理的模式比较、利弊及效果分析,探寻了影响云南省医疗损害管理工作的主要原因,为云南省实施医疗损夸风险管理社会化项目提供借鉴。
Through status analysis of risk management for medical injuries in Yunnan Province, the prper summarized the executive medical insurance in Yunnan Province, compared the models, advantages and disadvantages and the effect of medial injury risk management, probe into the main factors for the medical injury risk management, and offered some references for socialization items in the execution of medical injury risk management in Yunnan Pprovince.
