摘要
本文提出了一个反映环境不确定性、企业文化强度、企业学习强度和企业绩效关系的过程模型。采用来自企业层面的数据,应用结构等式模型对本文的过程模型进行了实证检验。研究发现:过程模型得到了验证。其中环境不确定性和企业文化强度、企业学习强度显著正相关,企业学习强度、企业文化强度对企业绩效均有显著的正向作用,其中企业学习强度的正向作用更大。
The authors of this paper construct a process model that describes the relationship among corporate culture, corporate learning, perceived environmental uncertainty and corporate performance. The authors collected data from 173 different companies and tested the model with structural equation model analysis. The process model is confirmed. Perceived environmental uncertainty has positive correlation with the strength of corporate culture and the strength of corporate learning. Both the strength of corporate culture and the strength of corporate learning have positive effects on corporate performance. The strength of corporate learning has stronger positive effects on corporate performance.
