摘要
介绍了聚羧酸系高效减水剂合成工艺研究现状。按照分子结构的不同分为四代聚羧酸系高效减水剂,第一代丙烯酸共聚物,第二代丙烯基醚型,第三代酰胺型,第四代聚乙二醇支链型。同时介绍了聚羧酸系高效减水剂的几种常用合成方法。
The synthesis technics ofpolycarboxylate type superplasticizer are studied.According to the molecular structure such superplasticizers are divided into four generations,the first generation is acrylic-based copolymer, the second generation is propylene ether-based copolymer, the third generation is amide-based copolymer, and the fourth generation is polyethylene glycol with branched-chain.Several common methods of polycarboxylate superplasticizer also are introduced.
