摘要
高职教育的职业性、实用性、技术性及其培养目标,决定了高职教育的专业教师必须是“双师型”教师。目前,高职院校在“双师型”师资队伍建设方面存在对“双师型”教师的内涵认识不准确、对专业教师实践能力的培养缺乏科学的规划、对紧缺人才的引进渠道单一、没有建立相对稳定的兼职教师队伍等现象,笔者以会计专业为例对此进行了分析并提出了自己的意见和建议。
Construction of double-certificateoriented faculty is essential for higher vocational institutions to achieve their education goals. At present, problems exist in construction of double-certificateoriented faculty, such as inadequate understanding of the connotation double-certificateoriented, the lack of scientific planning of practical ability-training, mechanical introduction channel of needed talents and unstable group of concurrent on-the-job faculty, etc. Thus this paper offers suggestions and measures based on the analysis of accounting specialty.
