摘要
目的研究黄花蒿种子挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法从湖南雪峰山地区野生黄花蒿种子中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行鉴定,归一化法测定其百分含量。结果共鉴定出39个成分,占挥发油总成分的52%。其中丁香烯环氧化物(8.99%)、丁香烯(6.89%)、1,6,10-Dodecatriene,7,11-di meth-yl-3-methylene-,(E)-(8.16%)和1,6-Cyclodecadiene,1-methyl-5-methylene-8-(1-methylethyl)-,[s-(E,E)]-(4.01%)等4种成分含量较高,约占鉴定出挥发油成分的47%。结论此方法稳定可靠,重视性好,适用于中药挥发油的化学成分分析。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of essential oil from the fruits of Artemisia annual. Methods The essential oil was extracted from the fruits of Hunan wild Artemisia annua L. by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS, and the relative contents in the oil were determined with area normalization method. Results Thirty-nine components were separated and identified which accounted for 52% of the total essential oil. The main components constitating 47% of the total was Caryophyllene oxide (8.99%), Caryophyllene (6.89%), 1, 6, 10-Dodecatriene, 7, 11-dimethyl-3-methylene-, (E)- (8.16%) and 1, 6-Cyclodecadiene, 1-methyl-5-methylene-8- (1-methylethyl) -, [s- (E, E)] - (4.01%) respectively. Conclusion The method is reliable, stable and reproducible and can be applied in the analysis of the essential oil components extracted from Chinese traditiond medicine components.
