摘要 一氧化氮(NO)是一种重要的信使分子和生物活性物质,参与调节机体的一系列生理活动以及新生血管生成等病理过程。本文就NO及其合成酶(NOS)在血管生成中的作用做一简要综述。 As an important messenger molecule and bioactive compound, nitric oxide participates is a series of physiological activities and pathological procedures, including neovascularization. The roles of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase in the neovascularization are mainly reviewed in this article.
