摘要
研究了微波条件下从三孢布拉霉菌菌丝体中提取番茄红素的不同因素的影响,并通过正交实验确定在微波条件下提取番茄红素的最佳工艺条件为:用正己烷作为提取剂,微波功率为400W,提取时间为10min,搅拌频率为78r/min,液固比为:80∶1(mL/g),提取级数为2。
Effect of different factors on the extraction of lycopene from Blakeslea trispora with microwave was studied. The optimum condition was obtained by orthogonal experiment. When microwave radiation power was 400 W, frequency of whisk was 78 r/min, extraction time was 10 min, ratio of material and solvent was 80:1 (mL/g), the number extraction stage was 2, using n-hexane as extraction solvent could extract lycopene from Blakeslea trisporaeffectively.
