摘要
在ZL101合金上预先热喷涂一层Ni-Cr合金,采用1.5kW-CO2激光器进行表面重熔。通过结合强度测试,发现只有在适当的工艺条件下,才能在激光重熔后得到结合强度较高的熔覆硬质合金层。
A hard Ni-Cr alloy is precoated with thermal spraying method on the surface of Al alloy. The coat is remelted by 1.5kW CO 2 laser.By way of the tests, it is found that the process of laser remelting can increase the adhesive strength of cladding unless the process, such as energe density, bonding layer etc, is proper.
