摘要
脱细胞真皮基质(acellular dermal matrix,ADM)是近年兴起的新型真皮移植替代材料,由异体或异种皮经过特殊处理制备而成。由于ADM去除了皮肤中的全部细胞成分和部分可溶性蛋白,生物相容性极佳,目前在皮肤烧伤治疗、腹壁缺损修补、硬脑膜修复、软硬组织充填和美容整形方面得到广泛应用。作者着重对ADM在口腔医学领域的应用进展进行综述,同时也对其制备和生物学特性作了简单介绍。
Acellular dermal matrix, as a newly developed dermal substitute graft, is derived from cadaveric skin or exogenic sources by elaborate processing. Because the entire cellular components and partial soluble protein of epidermal and dermis are removed, ADM possesses excellent biocompatibility and has been widely used in burn patient, abdominal wall closure, dural repair, soft and hard tissue augmentation, and cosmetic operation. This review focused on the current research and clinical advancement of ADM used in stomatology. The processing and biological characteristics of ADM were involved briefly.
