摘要
本研究表明T-2毒素对软骨组织具有较强的毒性作用,能致小型猪关节软骨发生类似人类大骨节病样的深层坏死,并引起基质中蛋白聚糖代谢改变,硒能在一定程度上拮抗T-2毒素的作用。T-2毒素致小型猪关节软骨实验模型是与大骨节病极类似的动物模型。T-2毒素与大骨节病的病因关系需作进一步的临床流行病学和实验室的验证。
Pathological observations and biological analyses were carried out on the articular cartilage of Chinese experimental mini-pig fed on T-2 toxin. The results showed that articular cartilage presented band or flake-shaped necrosis; and proteoglycans in the T-2 toxin group decreased compared with the control; and selenium can reduce the disease changes of articular cartilage and ameliorate the impairment of proteoglycans metabolism to some extent. These findings suggested that T-2 toxin had significant toxic effects on articular cartilage; and the structural changes of articular cartilage in mini-pig caused by T-2 toxin were nearly the same as KBD cartilage necrosis in human. It was also suggested to further study the etiological significance of T-2 toxin in KBD especially in the aspect of epidemiology.
