摘要
研究腰腿痛胶囊对化学性神经根炎模型大鼠血液流变学的影响,复制大鼠化学性神经根炎模型,模拟腰椎间盘突出症,分别在造模后3d、7d、14d、21d以全血粘度、血浆粘度和红细胞聚集指数为指标,进行血液流变学观察。发现腰腿痛胶囊可明显改善模型大鼠全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数等血液流变学指标。说明腰腿痛胶囊具有活血化瘀作用,可改善化学性神经根炎模型大鼠血液流变学;该作用可能是其临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症的药理机制。
To study the effects of Yaotuitong capsule on Hemorheology of experimental rats with chemical radicular neuritis, 96 Wistar rats were divided into four groups： normal, blank, aspirin and Yaotuitong capsule group. Duplicate chemical radicular neuritis by operation to simulate lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Then, viscosity meter was used to detect whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and erythrocyte aggregation index at 3, 7, 14 and 21 days after operation, respectively. It is resulted that Yaotuitong capsule significantly inhibited the abnormal rise of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and erythrocyte aggregation index （p 〈 0.05 or p 〈 0.01 ）. It is concluded that Yaotuitong capsule can improve the indexes of hemorheology of experimental rats with chemical radicular neuritis, which may be one of its pharmacological mechanisms for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
