摘要
以渝桉1号的单芽茎段为外殖体进行组织培养技术研究.结果表明,渝桉1号的启动诱导培养基以EU+BA2.0 mg.L-1+NAA 0.1 mg.L-1较为适宜.继代增殖以EU+BA 1.0 mg.L-1+NAA 0.2 mg.L-1的培养基配方为宜,每个芽可产生5个芽.生根较适培养基为1/2MS附加NAA 0.2 mg.L-1或IBA 0.2 mg.L-1,生根率95%以上.试管苗移栽成活率达到91%以上.
Using stem-segments with a single bud as explants, in vitro culture and rapid propagation were performed of Eucalyptus uorphylla X E. grandis ' CW-1 '. The results showed that the optimum medium for bud regeneration was EUq-BA 2.0 mg·L^-1+NAA'0.1 mg·L^-1. The optimum subculture medium was EUq-BA 1.0 mg·L^-1+NAA 0. 2 mg·L^-1, on which each explant produced up 5 plantlets on the average. The regenerated shoots rooted successfully on 1/2MS supplemented with NAA 0.2 mg ·L^-1 or IBA 0. 2 mg·L^-1 , with a rooting rate of 95%. Over 91% of the tube plantlets survived after transplanting.
