A new method for analyzing missing data in single factor experiment with randomized block design was put forward in the light of the principle of least squares method, including estimation of least squares mean (LSM) of each treatment, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and significance test between LSMs. Finally, the computer proguam desing of the new method was introduced.
