飞针测试机是用来测试PCB性能的设备。以MPP4504飞针测试机为例介绍了飞针测试机计算机控制系统的开发过程,包括控制系统的硬件实现和软件框架。
Flying probe tester was a device used to test the performance of printed circuit board（PCB）. The MPP4504 Flying Probe Tester was taken as an example to introduce the development process of computer control system for flying probe tester, including the realization of hardware and the framework of software.
