摘要
以营养土所育秧苗为对照,研究了有机基质所育秧苗的素质及其对干旱胁迫的生理反应。结果表明:有机基质所育秧苗素质明显优于营养土所育秧苗。在中度干旱胁迫条件下,有机基质所育秧苗体内可溶性总糖、还原糖、蔗糖和可溶性蛋白质含量均显著高于营养土所育秧苗;在重度干旱胁迫下,有机基质所育秧苗体内可溶性总糖、还原糖、果糖、蔗糖和可溶性蛋白质含量均显著或极显著高于营养土所育秧苗。在中度干旱胁迫条件下,有机基质所育秧苗水稻叶片的脯氨酸含量和SOD活性增加的幅度大于营养土所育秧苗。说明有机基质所育秧苗更能适应干旱胁迫,具有更强的抗旱能力。
Quality of seedlings raised in nutritional soil base and the metabolism and physiological responses to drought stress under pot cultivation were studied in comparison with those of seedlings raised in organic soil base. The quality of seedlings raised in organic soil base was obviously better than that of seedlings raised in nutritional soil base. The contents of soluble sugar, reducing sugar, sucrose and soluble protein in the seedlings raised in organic soil base were significantly higher than those in the seedlings raised in nutritional soil base under moderate and serious drought stress. The increment of praline content and SOD activity in the seedlings raised in organic soil base was more than that in the seedlings raised in nutritional soil base under moderate drought stress. It could be elucidated tha the seedlings raised in organic soil base would better adapt to drought stress.
