摘要
目的探讨内听道段神经、血管的正常MRI表现及对神经形态予以量化研究。方法健康成人志愿者60耳行内耳MRI FIESTA序列检查。观察并测量内听道段神经、血管,比较不同断面对神经、血管的显示情况。结果薄层厚采集图像可清晰显示微小神经结构及其走行。内听道底部面神经直径为(1.00±0.03)mm;前庭上神经直径为(0.98±0.04)mm;前庭下神经直径为(0.71±0.03)mm;蜗神经直径为(1.03±0.04)mm;后壶腹神经直径为(0.47±0.02)mm。结论MRI能够准确清晰显示内听道段神经及血管的正常形态,并可对神经进行量化测量,为临床和影像学检查提供诊断依据。
Objective To study the normal anatomy of nerves and vessels in internal auditory canal (IAC). Methods MR of the inner ear was performed in 60 ears using fast imaging employing steady state acquisition (FIESTA) sequence. Normal anatomy of nerves and vessels in IAC were observed and measured. Results It was distinctly to display tiny structures on thin thick images. The mean diameter of facial nerve (FN) was (1 . 00±0.03) mm, superior vestibular nerve (SVN) (0.98 ±0.04) mm, inferior vestibular nerve (IVN) (0. 71±0.03) ram, cochlear nerve (CN) (1.03±0.04) mm, and posterior ampullary nerve (PAN) (0.47±0.02) mm. Conclusion The normal anatomy of nerves and vessels in IAC could be clearly displayed and measured in images acquired with MR, which would provide information in dignosis of lesions in the IAC and surgery.
