摘要
爆震现象的产生直接影响发动机的工作效率,本文论述了煤层气发动机工作过程中产生的爆震现象,阐述了爆震产生的机理、对爆震处理芯片的测试,以及使用爆震处理芯片对发动机爆震信号的检测方法。最后,提出了产生爆震时发动机点火提前角的实时闭环控制的策略。
Knock affects the engine' s performance and efficiency in a negative way. This paper discussed the knock phenomenon of the Coal - Bed Gas Engine, the mechanism of knock combustion, the test of knock processor and the method of use the knock processor to detect the engine knock combustion. At last, proposed a real - time closed loop control strategy to the spark timing the engine knock phenomenon of the al- bed gas engine ignition shockof technology.
