摘要
目的:客观评价联合顺次法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:150例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为三组:第Ⅰ组为单纯透明质酸关节内注射;第Ⅱ组为关节镜术、透明质酸关节内注射;第Ⅲ组为关节镜术、透明质酸注射、中药离子导入联合顺次法治疗。分别于治疗前及治疗后15d、30d、随访180d按Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准进行评分,对评分结果进行统计分析。结果:三组在改善膝关节骨性关节炎症状方面均有明显疗效(P<0.01),且第Ⅱ?第Ⅲ组明显优于第Ⅰ组(P<0.01)。跟踪观察180d统计:膝关节功能指数第Ⅱ组?第Ⅲ组明显优于第Ⅰ组(P<0.01);第Ⅲ组明显优于第Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论:联合顺次法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效好、见效快、且疗效巩固持久。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical outcome of the treatment on knee osteoarthritis by the combined methods in order. Method： 150 cases of the knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into three groups. The first group patients were only treated by intra - articular injection of HA . The second group patients were treated with debridement under arthroscopy before intra-articular injection of HA. The third group patients were treated by the debridement under arthroscopy, and then by intra - articular injection of HA and TCM herbal ions in order. All cases were followed up before the treatments, and separately on day 15, 30, and 180 after the treatments. According to the Lysholm standard,the deta were analyzed statistically. Result： All the three ways have great effect ameliorating symptom on knee osteoarthritis（P〈0.01 ）. The outcome of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ was superior to that of group Ⅰ （P〈0.01）. The score of knee joint function, according to the Lysholm standard, in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was obviously superior to that of group Ⅰ （P〈0.01） ,The score of knee joint function in group Ⅲ was superior to that of group Ⅱ （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment on knee osteoarthritis by combined methods in order has a good,rapid and consolidate effect.
