摘要
目的探讨关节镜下有限清理术治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法对2004年3月～2006年7月该院采用关节镜下有限清理术治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者61例的临床疗效进行分析。结果61例获得随访,随访时间13～40个月,平均随访27个月。疗效评价:优21例,良19例,可15例,差6例,优良率达65.7%。结论严格掌握关节镜下有限清理术治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的手术适应证,进行有限清理是治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎取得良好疗效的关健。
[Objective] To approach the therapeutic effect of selective debridement under arthroscope on gerontal knee osteoarthritis. [Methods] 61 cases (82 knees) of gerontal knee osteoarthritis received selective debridement under arthroscope in our hospital during the period of March 2004 and July 2006.
