摘要
生态位理论是生态学中关于物种关系的普遍原理,它对人类社会实践活动也具有重要指导和启发作用。文章尝试将生态位理论应用于高校科技创新工作,在界定高校科研生态位概念的基础上,针对高校科技创新工作中存在的突出问题,从合理定位、错位竞争、特色建设、竞争合作等方面提出了促进高校科技创新的生态位分化策略、生态位扩充策略和科研生态系统的协同进化策略。
Niche theory is the universal principle about species relationship in ecology. It also has a very important instructive and enlightening influence on practical activities in human society. On the basis of defining the concept of Niche in colleges and universities, this article attempts to apply the Niche theory to the scientific and technological innovation of colleges and universities . In view of the existing problems and from perspectives of rational positioning, mismatches competition, characteristic construction, competition and cooperation and so on,the paper comes up with the strategies of Niche rank and Niche expansion and coevolution of science and research ecosystem in order to promote scientific and technological innovation of colleges and universities.
