摘要
武器系统效能分析依赖于很多复杂、相关的因素。其中一些因素是客观可测的,更多的因素是主观和无法直接测量的。形式化描述的这种由四级量度标准和三类算子组成的武器效能评估通用框架,将目前主要的军事系统分析方法统一于一体。在该框架下可以合理地确定任务和任务成功的量度标准及武器装备性能量度到任务效能量度的关键联系,实现军事作战中复杂武器平台内组件的实际性能到基于任务的作战效能的映射,从而有效地对武器装备系统和武器装备体系的效能进行评估。该框架为在统一的方法和指导下进行武器装备系统和武器装备体系效能分析奠定了基础。
Weapon systems effectiveness analysis depends on many complex, interrelated factors, some of which are tangible, many of which are subjective and not measurable, A common framework is brought forward to evaluate weapon systems effectiveness, and the formal description for it is given concisely. It seeks to generalize and unify several kinds of main methodology for military system analysis. Missions and mission Measures of Success as well as the key linkages required to tie materiel Measures of Performance to mission Measures of Success can be defined appropriately within this framework,, and it can meet the needs of mapping the physical performance of components within weapons platform to mission-based utility in military operations so as to evaluate the effectiveness of weapons systems and systems-of-system. It lays the foundation for analyzing the effectiveness of weapons systems and systems-of-system under the unified method and guidance.
