摘要
综述不同学派对情绪智力内涵和外延的认识,分析与探讨情绪智力与工作绩效的关系。认为情绪智力会促进组织中不同水平的工作绩效;不同认知智力、情绪劳动水平等因素对二者关系产生调节作用。情绪智力与工作绩效间的关系研究还处于起步阶段,拓展相关的实证研究并建构更为完备的作用机制模型将为人力资源管理实践提供理论指导。
Emotional Intelligence is the psychological characteristics when an individual completes emotional activities successfully. This article reviews the different opinions about the connotation and construct of Emotional Intelligence, and analyses the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and job performance. We draw the following conclusions, Emotional Intelligence can promote job performance at different levels in organizations ; different factors like cognitive intelligence and the level of emotional labor may moderate the paths of the relationship. The research on relationship between Emotional Intelligence and job performance is still in the primary stage. More demonstrating researches and mechanism models are needed to direct the human resources management practices.
