摘要
研究了二元醇醚类减缩剂(SRA–1)和硅氧烷类减缩剂(SRA–2)复配对减缩效果的影响。结果表明:复配型减缩剂的减缩效果比单一型的更好。在此基础上对复配型减缩剂体系进行优化和乳化改性。SRA–1与SRA–2的最优质量比为7:3且乳化剂为吐温系列时改性效果较好。改性后减缩剂的自收缩减缩率提高了10%~30%。减缩剂对水泥砂浆的抗折强度影响不明显,但对抗压强度有一定的影响,当复配减缩剂的掺量(质量分数)为1%~3%时,水泥砂浆的抗压强度3d时增加了约10%,而28d时最大下降了9%左右。
The effect of the mixing of two shrinkage reducing agents (SRA)[glycol ethers(SRA-1) and siloxane(SRA-2)] on shrinkage rate was investigated. The results show that SRA can significantly reduce autogenous shrinkage, and the mixed SRA is superior to the single. Moreover, after optimizing and emulsification (Tween emulsifier) modifying the system of SRA, optimum ratio of SRA-1 and SRA-2 in mass is 7:3. The shrinkage reducing ratio of modified SRAs is improved by 10%-30%. When used in the cement mortar, mixed SRA has no significant influence on the flexural strength, while with a dosage of 1%-3%, the compressive strength increases about 10% at 3 d, and decreases about 9% at 28 d.
