摘要
针对钢管混凝土结构核心混凝土收缩较大,易脱空现象,采用预处理钢渣砂替代天然河砂制备钢管混凝土。利用其碱激发效应及内养护功能,补偿核心混凝土收缩并形成致密界面过渡区。选用超分散、保水、减缩增韧型功能组分,复掺具备良好"火山灰效应"的粉煤灰及硅灰,优化设计一种C60钢渣砂钢管混凝土,28d抗压强度可达76.9 MPa,具备良好的体积稳定性。
Aiming at the large shrinkage of the core concrete of the concrete-filled steel tube structure and the easy voiding,the pre-treated steel slag sand is used to replace the natural river sand to prepare the steel tube concrete.The alkali excitation effect and the internal maintenance function are used to compensate the core concrete shrinkage and form a dense interface transition zone.Ultra-dispersion,water retention,shrinkage and toughening functional components are selected,and fly ash and silica fume with good"volcanic ash effect"are mixed,and a C60 steel slag sand steel tube concrete is optimized.The 28 dcompressive strength can reach 76.9 MPa.
