摘要
本试验选用1日龄黄羽肉鸡1000只,随机分成5个处理(对照组、抗生素组、0.3%中草药饲料添加剂组、0.4%中草药饲料添加剂组和0.3%中草药饲料添加剂+干酵母组),研究其对肉鸡生产性能和肉质的影响。研究认为,在肉鸡饲养阶段,添加0.3%中草药饲料添加剂能提高肉鸡成活率和日增重,降低料肉比,提高鸡肉的保水能力,效果优于抗生素组。通过专家品尝试验综合评分比较认为,添加0.3%中草药饲料添加剂的肉鸡鸡肉的综合评分最高,其嫩度、滋味、多汁性和汤味均处于最优水平;且每只鸡的净收益亦最高,为4.218元/只。
One thousand 1-day-old yellow-feathered chicken were divided into 5 groups (control group, antibiotics group, 0. 3%0 Spice Chinese Additives (CHA) group, 0. 4% CHA groups, 0. 3% CHA+ Active Feed Dry Yeast). The results showed that 0. 3 % CHA could increase body weight, decrease feed conversion, and improve muscle performance of maintaining water. By taster judgement of some experts, total grade of the chick meat including tenderness, falvor, succulence and soup taste was the best, its net profit was the highest, 4. 218RMB per chick.
