大气压离子源真空接口的研制及其在电喷雾电离飞行时间质谱仪上的应用 被引量:10

摘要 研制了一种大气压离子源真空接口,并已将其用于自制高分辨率垂直引入式电喷雾电离飞行时间质谱仪。初步研究了该接口的性能,包括射频四极杆、进样片对仪器灵敏度的影响。利用该接口检测了利血平样品。结果表明,接口能有效地提高离子的传输效率,使飞行时间质谱仪达到较高的灵敏度。 A vacuum interface used for atmospheric pressure ionization ion source was designed to couple with an orthogonal-injection electrospray ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometer (TOFMS). The performance of the interface was investigated preliminarily, including the effects of radio frequency quadrupole and sample inlet on the sensitivity. The reserpine sample were analyzed successfully with the vacuum interface. It is shown that the vacuum interface can increase the transmission efficiency of ions and is helpful to achieve better senstivity of TOFMS.
