摘要
以β-环糊精(β-CD)键合硅胶为载体,亚氨基二乙酸(IDA)为螯合基,制备了新型固定金属离子亲和吸附剂.通过13C固体核磁、元素分析对其进行了表征.研究了吸附剂对牛血清蛋白(BSA)的吸附特性,25℃时吸附剂对BSA的最大吸附量达35 mg/g吸附剂.
A new immobilized metal ion affinity(IMA) adsorbent was prepared by β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) bonded silica gel as the support and iminodiacetic acid(IDA) as the ligand.The prepared adsorbent was characterized by solid state 13C NMR and elemental analysis.The adsorption capability of the adsorbent towards bovine serum albumin(BSA) was then investigated.The maximum adsorption capacity for BSA could reach 35 mg/g adsorbent at 25 ℃.
