摘要
教师专业化和教师专业发展日趋成为人们关注的焦点和当代教育改革的中心主题之一,其发展从注重外在形式转变到注重内涵提升,教师教育新理念和新制度不断建立和发展起来。然而,与世界教师专业发展状况相比,我国教师教育制度明显存在诸多的缺失,我们需要顺应世界潮流,大力进行改革,以进一步规范、健全和完善我国的现代教师教育制度。
Since the eighties of the twentieth century, specialization and the specialized subjects＇ development of teachers are elevated valuing external form to highlight connotation,and new concepts and systems of teacher＇ s education have been gradually established and developed. However,comparing with the whole world teachers＇ specialized developing state, the teachers education system in China has many obvious shortcomings. Therefore we reform vigorously for further standardizing, perfecting and consummating our country＇s education system of modem teachers ,following the world tide.
