摘要
水资源可持续利用是一个由水资源、社会经济和环境等子系统组成的复合系统,采用层次分析法确定各子系统相对水资源可持续利用总目标的权重,从而得到水资源可持续利用综合评价结果。该理论分析方法简洁、严谨,评价结果合理实用。
Sustainable use of water is a system consisting of several sub-system＇s such as water resource, social economy and environment. The method of Hierarchical Analysis is used to determine sub-system＇s weight for general target of water resource sustainable use, thus the integrated assessment results about water resource sustainable use are obtained. The practical use shows the method of Hierarchical Analysis is simple and precise; the results obtained from its usage are reasonable ＆ practicable.
