摘要
水资源可持续利用可看成一个多层次多指标的决策问题.阐述了构建水资源可持续利用指标体系的基本原则,采用层次分析法(AHP)计算了各指标的相对重要权值,并通过定义一个综合评价指数,对LJ流域水资源可持续利用程度进行了定量的综合评价.
Sustainable utilization of water resources can be treated as a decision problem of multi - hierarchy and multi -index. The establishing principles of index system of sustainable water resources utilization are expounded. Analytic hierarchy process （AHP） is adopted to calculate the relative weight of each index and a comprehensive evaluation index is defined to evaluate quantitatively the sustainable degree of water resources utilization of the LJ basin.
