器官移植受者曲霉感染诊治进展 被引量：3

Recent advances in the diagnosis and treatment of Aspergillus infection in organ transplant recipients

摘要 近年来接受非实体和实体器官移植的患者数目急剧增长，估计全球每年进行15000余例异体干细胞移植、25000余例自体干细胞移植和22736例实体器官移植。而移植受者发生曲霉感染尤其是侵袭性曲霉病（invasive aspergillosis，IA）是引起手术失败、病死率增加的主要因素。为此曲霉感染的早期诊断和有效的抗真菌药物治疗是提高治愈率、降低病死率的关键。本文就移植受者中曲霉感染的流行病学、诊断以及抗真菌治疗的进展作一简要综述。
