摘要
针对容栅式数显卡尺对液体和磁性物体敏感,无法工作在液体环境下的缺点,提出了一种基于电涡流效应的栅式位移传感器设计方案.理论和实验证明,该传感器具有较高的测量灵敏度和分辨率、较大的测量范围以及良好的防水性能.这种传感器已经成功地应用于新型防水电子数显卡尺中,可以在具有切削液条件的环境下正常工作.
In view of the unmeasured disadvantage of capacitive grating displacement sensors under the liquid condition because its sensitivity to liquid and magnetic grains, a new sensor design project according to eddy current principle was presented with an inductive grating structure. It is demonstrated theoretically and experimentally that this kind of indicator possesses high sensitivity, resolution and good liquid resistant effect. This kind of sensors has been used in the electronic digital calipers with liquid resistant function and it works normally under water and coolant.
