摘要
本文报道早期缺氧对器官培养的小鼠胎心超微结构和膜系统通透性的影响。用镧作为标记物进行超微结构研究证明,缺氧20分钟,可观察到镧颗粒穿过细胞膜进入细胞内,并呈节结状沉积在线粒体的周围,或有选择性地进入肿胀的线粒体内。在相同缺氧时间,酸性磷酸酶反应物沉积在细胞浆内,一些溶酶体和线粒体也有这种酶反应物围绕·电镜检查,缺氧40分钟,有细胞膜的部分缺失,线粒体内有大小不等的空泡,有时可见无定形的致密体。这些结果表明,线粒体、溶酶体和细胞膜可能是早期缺氧损伤的靶细胞器。
Effects of early anoxia on the ultrastructure of fetal mouseheart in organ culture, and its influnce on the permeability of membrane system were reported. The application of lanthanum as a marker to ultrastrural study demonstratrated that at 20 minute of anoxia, intracellular lantha-num c ould be observed, and in focal deposited arround mitochondria or entered seieclivity into swelling mitochondria. At the same time of anoxia, the ACP ase reaction products depo-sited in cytoplasm, and some lysosomes and mitochondria always surrounded with the reac-tion products, By electron microscopy, at 40 minutes of anoxia. partial loss of the cellular me mbrane, small and large clear vauoles and occasional amorphous dense bodies in the mitoc-hondria were revealed. These results showed that membranous organelles including mitoc-hondria, lysosomes and cellular membrane, appeared to be the pteferantial target of early ano-xia injury.
