摘要
在激烈的人才竞争背景下,高层次人才的引进是加强高校师资队伍建设的有效途径,也是关系学校发展前途的一项重要工作。高校要以科学人才观为指导,积极营造良好的环境氛围,创新人才引进机制,有效地凝聚海内外高层次人才,推进师资队伍建设。
The employment of higher-level faculty members proves an effective way to promote the teacher-development work at colleges and universities, and an important strategy for the future development of the latter, in the background of fierce competitions for talented employees. Colleges and universities should, on a scientific basis, try to create favorable surroundings and innovate relevant mechanisms, so as to attract more talented persons both at home and abroad, thereby better achieving their teacher-development goals.
