摘要
目的 探讨良肢位摆放在脑卒中患者早期康复护理中的作用。方法 两组患者采用常规康复护理方法，康复组加用良肢位摆放进行康复治疗，观察疗效。结果 良肢位摆放康复组在肢体痉挛、肩关节疼痛、肩关节半脱位、足下垂、废用综合征与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论 良肢位摆放有利于降低脑卒中并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the effects of normal limb position put to patients with cerebral apoplexy in early rehabilitation nursing. Method All the patients were divided into rehabilitation group and control group. The regular rehabilitation nursing was given to two groups ,but normal limb position put was given to rehabilitation group in addition. The effects of two groups were observed. Result The rehabilition group had significant difference in limb spasm, pain of shoulder joint ,semiluxation of shoulder joint, foot ptosis and disuse syndrome compared with the control group. Conclusion Normal limb position put had advantage in reducing occurrence of complication of cerebral apoplexy.
